I feel like my to-do list is getting ridiculous. Money flying out my account and yesterday every light on my dash board came on in my car. So got to take it in for maintenance....aka goodbye $500. I know they are going to say the O2 sensor is bad :{ just turned 200k miles too on my corolla (2009)

But staying positive.

Any chance you could do it yourself and save on labor?

I can do basic stuff. Do my own brake pads, can oil change, did my rotors. But idk about these sensor replacements. I will see what they say im pretty good at telling them no don't fix anything if they drop the old 'whelp you need $800 worth of work" Im always like nah...il go get a second opinion.

Seriously bro... depending on what type of car you have. These sensors are literally plug & screw. It's not difficult at all.

I suggest searching on Youtube or type in your vehicle DIY on google. Some forums might show up and you can learn from there.

You can order OEM from dealerships or you can just ordered used ones on ebay.

Like I said, literally plug and screw.

Here's a DIY video, it starts at 3:30 seconds.
