Zardalu Boti-Chunks of boneless lamb cooked with apricots, cashew nuts and a mildly spiced cream sauce garnished with potato sticks
Lamb Mushroom Masalendar-Lamb with button mushrooms sauteed in a mild mix of onion, tomatoes, ginger, and cilantro
Lamb Achari-Lamb cooked with onion, tomatoes, and pickled sauce
First response is what I'm ordering for dinner. Choose wisely.
