Reasons why you can't out work a bad diet:
I lift weights regularly and I'm even adding in cardio when I have time but for some reason I've been getting a lot of 'you've gained weight lately' talks recently.
The beers and junk food gotta go [emoji]128514[/emoji]
In 2014/2015 I wasn't skinny but I was skinnier and I was fairly good with my diet eating salads regularly and sticking to water for fluids. I guess I gotta go back to that lol

Yea I gotta say I'm stronger. Every lift is up lol. It's just a sloppy sloppy bulk. Could've been a lot cleaner.

Try Illegal Mezcal, if you can find it. El buho. A lot of the stuff I've had is smaller companies out of Jalisco. Mezcal is definitely where its at. Huge fan. They say no hangover, with mezcal. But I dunno about that lol
