I drank coffee for about 2 years.
I used to put 3 of those STÖK shots by the creamers in my coffee that says only use 2 daily
Stuff was ROCKET FUEL
Id just sip it daily and be good. Sometimes tho id have that crash
Wat ive learned is that a good nights rest is all u need.
Dont drink coffee anymore

Besides coffee, I can't do hot beverages at all. Hot chocolate, Hot Tea, (I like iced tea though) etc. does nothing for me.

Teas cool but tbh its.more like medicine to me. Diff types serve diff purposes. I have a cup every now and then
