Deleted my fb, twitter and logged out of my IG. My anxiety has been through the roof, i feel like i need to get away or something. Work is making me take a week vacation , i haven't budgeted a trip, but i think im going to go away for a few days. I haven't felt like this in awhile but i feel swapped and just unhappy. Need to get back into the gym and doing more things for me and not to make other people happy.

i might be in the early stages of depression and anxiety , i have all the resources needed to change my situation but i dont know what i want to do with my life
