The Psychology Of A Black Man.

needed this threaded heading into the weekend. kingfoamnyc kingfoamnyc thanks for putting this out there.

Its crazy that during a lockdown i cant go for a run or walk for peace in my own neighborhood thinking that Armaud or George can be me.

It sucks I hate it

So with everything happening there's no way I can support Kanye in any way shape of form.

No Yeezys no nothing thats my personal view. Get Ben Carson out of here.

I want reciepts of everybody who backed this man in office and leading up to it during the campaign.

Yeah why you gotta be careful with what you put out there, especially now they want to triple down on it. Saw family for the first time it months so that was helpful.

Bumping this from a year ago. Really relevant man. I hope y’all paying attention.

People really forget his first course of action when he got in office was to identify and destroy "Black Identity Extremist"

In reality a "BIE" is someone who's just proud to be black and doesn't have the c00nchip 2.0 installed

Man's been trying to make us terrorist so he can kill us for no reason since DAY ONE

Great morning fellas,

As I enjoy this Pop 💨 tape, I can’t help but be painfully reminded of the crabs in a bucket mentality many of these young brothas have. While his passing might not be the perfect example, there are more young kids dying in Bk. And as I sit here on my soapbox, I’ll remind everyone it’s because of that knee on the back of our mother’s and father’s necks that put them in that bucket.

And because of the sad cycle of death In hip hop today, I’ve always had a problem with the BLM moniker. For me, the two (black lives and hip hop) are pretty much the same thing. I want to see all these young brothas winning. I hated at first, until I went back and listened to a young 50. Call him what you want, character flaws and all, he’s done alright for himself and others. We are losing out on more wealth in the black community!!!! Surely even Delk could empathize.

End rant. Had to play some young MJ to balance the morning.

A lot of times honestly, the the “why you do for them and not for me” mindset that plays a big factor. Whenever a BM “makes it”, there’s always chatter that he should go back and spread the love on some “don’t forget where you came from” and it’s always someone who’s upset when they aren’t given a handout. A repeated cycle that even I have gone through myself

On top of the obligatory BLM all hands that work had, there was a stress seminar that was already setup due to the pandemic that they wanted us to attend. Shrugged it off a bit but got to the signs of stress part and I hit all points listed. Every single one. Probably lay low from all this to take care of that.

I'll post them here since you really might not know that you're stressed:

  1. Irritability
  2. Fatigue
  3. Pounding heart rate
  4. Inability to concentrate
  5. Migraines/frequent headaches
  6. Clumsiness or increased accidents
  7. Neck, or lower back pain
  8. Clenched jaw
  9. Grinding teeth
  10. Increased use of alcohol and/or drugs to relax
  11. Difficulty sleeping, insomnia
  12. Changes in weight
  13. Shallow breathing; shortness of breath
  14. Upset Stomach
  15. Forgetfulness
Also takes a toll on your health which you don't need right now.

in speaking to, with, and at them, I am finding that more aware Americans generally understand the bill is due.

where before I was seeing a lot of feedback about broken windows, highlighting the social engineering strategy behind civil unrest is proving effective in bringing the great grey sea of indifferent neutrality to a boil.

the cops are definitely helping too...spamming these cop riots on SoMa got picket fence mfs screaming F12.

way I see it, you gotta sell the revolution to get all hands on deck.

there´s plenty to do, find your skill, take your pick

we need slogans that stick and folks to throw bricks

parents with kids that won´t be Nazi pricks

less traitors than ever to keep the boots licked

street medics, heretics, Amish, and witches

credible threats and deeply held wishes

supply lines and bylines, resistance, op-eds

ex-cons with weapons to swing at their heads

veteran fists, first time demonstrators

dressed up like Batman, Green Ranger, Darth Vader

streaming reports, amateur camera crews

umbrella warriors, traffic cones too

Internet hacks, citizens writing letters

flute players, arsonists, suits, stitched together

all minds in motion to crowdsource solutions

THAT´S HOW YOU START A GODDAMN REVOLUTION!!!

once they see HOW and WHY they can and must be involved, it´s easier to get commitment and buy-in.

gonna be a long, bumpy fn ride...but I hear the view is amazing from where we´re headed.

Armed well trained and militant, I'm not doing any talking, kneeling, praying or hugging.
Me and my people out here in these DC streets...unseen but indeed watching.

Rest well black soldiers!
I'll join them after I've tried my best to do the same!
