It's like a faint yellowy orange.
I know the light turns blue to indicate player one when the controller is connected to a PS4. I doubt the light does anything special when connected to anything else.

I thought that blue was the default, then the color changes depending on what player you are.
I also heard that the color changes depending on what you're doing in-game. So in a fps, your light bar will be red when you're low on health.
This is what I've read so idk if it's true.

maybe you guys have other controllers as 1st player? and every other DS4 would be 2nd 3rd etc? causing you to have not blue DS4

Blue is player one. When you only have one controller on and you're playing a single player game, the light should be blue. The colour changing stuff is something that Guerrilla Games is putting in Shadow Fall. When you're low on health, the light bar will turn red. Other developers could use it in other ways.
Has anyone on here ever played Gran Turismo HD Concept? It came out closer to when the PS3 first released. It was a free download on the PS store when the PS store was the equivalent of a web page. There were 10 cars and one track. They removed it a long time ago.
I swear the sounds in the UI are the exact same sounds from the menus in GT HD Concept.

IGN posted some the other day but I would wait till we get some better footage. Their player is bad and the game looks bad too
Battlefield looks good though.

Yeah I thought blue (for X) was player one and players 2-4 would follow suit and be the colors of the other face buttons (red/circle, pink/square, green/triangle). At least that's what I heard early on but idk

^ maybe it's like the face button thing I posted and yellow shows charge. I saw a video on Youtube where it flashes white to show it's trying to pair with the system

Sony selling this stuff before the release is genius. I wasn't even going to get a second controller but i just had to try it out I even sat there and thought about getting a camera

A few weeks ago amazon had the BF4 launch bundle available so i copped 
but I usually play BF on pc and would rather get killzone for ps4 but hyped anyways only a few days a way.

i don't understand the watching of ps4 and xbox one comparisons on YouTube. YouTube still does not support 60 fps correct?
I said i was gonna wait until MGS V to get a PS4, but i've held off on buying fifa. I'm fiendin' to play some FIFA, especially since Liverpool are doing so well this season.

Friend of mine played FIFA on the X1 this weekend. Said it was AMAZING. Can't wait to cop it for the PS4... and NBA 2K14.. My body is so ready.

Man I was gonna try and wait til the blue DS4 but I might just cave and drop by GS today to pick one up. Gonna need it anyway to practice Madden properly and so the bro/friends can play too when I go home for Thanksgiving break
