The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

Man, the closer we get to launch, I'm starting to realize that there's only 2 original games launching on the PS4; Knack and Kill Zone. The rest are all upscaled current-gen games, not that I'm complaining, just something I'm starting to notice now. I have a launch day PS4 but I'm starting to think maybe it would just be better to re-sell it and wait 6 months until the good games come out. It feels so good to have a console at launch though...

Ugh, decisions are hard.
I feel you, but it get's cold as a heck around here from about november till feb, so this ps4 will keep me entertained (even if it is only 2 games) for these extra cold months.. plus i allready got rid of my 360 and all my games so i have nothing to play

I'm not even mad. Had a feeling I wouldn't have a strong purpose for a PS4 until Spring, and nothing has seemed to change in that regard. Shall just kick back and keep tabs on this thread while I try to work through a deep PS3 backlog.

Is EA serious with that trailer?

All these delays on Next-Gen games too....

If you think about it though, ps2 & ps3 launch titles were weak.

About to sell my preorder for a brand new DSLR, my 2DS is more then enough this winter

The only thing that gets to me reading reactions to that Live video is that people are judging it so bad graphically. Is it up to par with 2K14 which is basically photorealistic? No.....but Live has always had this art style. It looks like a Live game plain and simple. There's a trailer coming tomorrow which I feel will allow us to make better judgment from than this short clip. End of the day though EA Sports games has always been more fun to me than 2K's. Even 2K5 football I hated that it wasn't fun to me and Madden has always been. Still getting both this and 2k so I'll enjoy em both

Now that Watch Dog is pushed back, I wonder how the people feel that bought/sold the Watch Dog bundle on ebay :{
I wonder if the seller will credit the buyer the price of the game.

With these delays, I'm considering canceling my preorder and wait till the spring instead. I'm not too sure yet.

8 months of the year, I have to like it. :lol

To be honest, where I live now is usually very mild. Snow in November until April-May. Coldest we'll see is -30 Celsius (-22 F). But I was raised in the Yukon and it gets a little more than chilly there.

The craziest thing about the graphics of these initial release games is that they will be considered trash and obsolete as we get further into the console's life cycle. Like can you imagine what the games on these consoles will look like 3-5 years from now :x

Don’t worry if you’ve already pre-ordered, by the way. You’ll automatically be upgraded to the Limited Edition!
But what’s this Cole’s Legacy DLC we mentioned? For one, it won’t be available for purchase when Infamous: Second Son launches. It’s only available through these offers here. It’s additional downloadable content you’ll be able to play that uncovers what happened between the devastating events of Infamous 2 and Infamous: Second Son.
Cole MacGrath’s actions in New Marias set in motion a chain of events leading to the now forceful occupation of Seattle by the oppressive Department of Unified Protection. Cole’s Legacy bridges this gap in time with a series of missions Delsin Rowe must complete that reveal unique insights into how the world of Infamous: Second Son came to be.
And for those of you looking for something to collect, look no further than the Infamous: Second Son Collector’s Edition.

The Infamous: Second Son Collector’s Edition contains everything you need to get into the Infamous universe. This beautiful, very limited collector’s edition contains a copy of Infamous: Second Son, an exclusive cover, exclusive in-game vest, a replica of Delsin’s beanie, a set of pins, decals, a DUP patch, and Cole’s Legacy DLC!
