AW has some of the worst lag I have ever experienced in a game.

Damn I haven't had any lag since it's dropped and I played right at release. My brother said that he experiences lag too. I think this is the smoothest that a CoD game has ran for me immediately after it launched, I was very impressed with it.

I havent even had time to pick up COD:AW, I heard reviews are pretty damn good on it too.

Really thinking about getting GTA V again for PS4, I never finished it for the PS3 but I kinda wanna play it again. Thinking about trading in the PS3 version and MLB the show for ps4...would be nice if that covered most of it.

I thought that might be it for me as well, but Ive never had problems before, and my wired PS4 connection tests at 35down/7up, which is more than enough to support smooth gameplay.

I searched Google and apparently quite a few people are experiencing it as well.

Living in Canada, peer to peer has always been a challenege and I have gotten use to being a millisecond behind. But this lag is to the point my first 4-5 shots in a AR would not register.

Extremely irritating that games like Halo MCC and Destiny can use dedicated servers, but a game making more money than the Neutral Gaming Thread has posts (alot, I know) can't move on from flawed p2p.

The graphics are also extremely average in comparison to it's competitors. 

The gameplay, however, is alot of fun. I am still glad I didnt pay for the game, but it is a small step in the right direction for COD. If they could get the netcode sorted and Activision would stop forcing microtransactions and DLC walls we would have something.

I played it on PS3 a few years back. I enjoyed it more than most open world sandbox type games. I don't think it's worth $60.

That may have been the kid Im billeting. He bought the game and was playing most of yesterday. I jumped on around 3 am eastern to give it a try. 

 

I should wait to see the SP before commenting on the graphics for sure. I was just so underwhelmed by the MP graphics. Looks very "same-old COD". I heard new engine and thought it'd have a pronounced improvement.

Yeah I honestly didn't really think anything of the MP graphics. My brother said he noticed some improvements but SP is where I seen the improvements. It actually seems as if Sledgehammer gives a damn

So have you guys gotten that 2.01 update that supposedly was coming now? Hopefully it is soon. I hate having to turn the PS4 off completely every time I am done. Was so convenient to be able to charge the controller during the day while I am at work and not have to play plugged in.
