id happily overpay for the armies, the reasons being what u stated that only foma heads love em and they aint hypebeast, also(mostly) i like em^^^he for sure doesn't own all the sz 13 armies
Armies were hyped at the beginning, but once they dropped at hohla, then hoh chi hype died down. When I was searching for mine there was like 3-4 pairs on eBay. I ended up grabbing for like 285 shipped, had I been patient and waited for a reply on another offer I sent out I coulda got for 245ish.
Crazy because they're one of the most limited foams out there, yet only foam heads show armies love.

^^^ armies were one of the easiest cops I ever had at hoh Harlem. Between me a 3 of my boys we left with more then enough.
The funny thing was there was a group of 3 dudes in front if me that tried to buy 3 of every thing and put it on 1 card. Wasn't happening so I told them I cop it for them cash. We go to the bank after so the can pay me but didn't have the funds
ended up with 2 extra of everything on top of the pairs I copped

lol yeah, but i will say it sounds better than those awful boots which came out last year. Nike, just give us the regular flightposite, dont care if its some fruity colorsNike is on some ****** up **** for that one....

I personally wouldn't drop that on any shoe. If I did, it for sure wouldn't be the mochas.

If stored terribly, the foam can also crack. Not seen often. Also with any older pros, glue on the swoosh tends to dry, and the swoosh can fall off.

Sorry for the repost my first picture did not attach correctly I guess! My newest addition to the foamposite pro family, black/clear sole joints from 97... Completes the trifecta along with the 97 pearls and voltage pros.
That puts me at 15 pairs of foamposite pros, and 0 pairs of foamposite ones. I guess I just never felt any love for the latter.

also question for the forum members here: was negotiating for a pair of mocha foam pro samples with a fellow (who will remain unnamed) Everything checks out, requested tagged pictures & what not. He was trying to move them for $1500 for a while, I messaged him and told him he would probably sit on them for a while for that price. I was right, he hit me back and said he could probably do $1000. I told him I'd rather do 7.5, and he said his bottom number was $900. I have never spent that much on a shoe, EVER, the most being $600 I spent on voltage pros* (which was inspired by $330 appearing to me basically out of thin air)... but to complete my collection and based on yall knowledge of the market values of rare samples such as this, do yall think I should pull the trigger on that $900? Is it fair. The mocha samples are DEADSTOCK by the way...

Todays mail... yes I pulled the trigger. I honestly do not know of any other foam pro samples in my size (9/9.5) that I would have a chance at acquiring, but if I'm wrong then somebody kindly point a brother in the right direction.
Side note- I got him lower than 9 bills so that was a plus. Dude was very cool- shipped them to me within two days.
