**The Official Ralph Lauren Polo Thread**

Went to short hills on Jersey… they had this vintage at the polo store for $800

Hardcore vintage piece from THAT era, for sure. Holds weight. Never retro'd. But $800? No.

That is no KSwiss US market "stars version" hoodie, and even those ain't gonna move for $800.00 unless it's an uber-rare XXL. Now for THAT, we can talk.

Im not payin resell for nunya they be lucky if I consider paying retail for anything.
That joint it literally from 1992. That's not "resell". That's true "vintage". Resell is the joint that just dropped, sold out in a week, and now your at the Ebay's mercy. There is a difference.

Thanks, black. I see you out there.

But the funny thing is, the majority of my stuff is just hanging there* at all times, gallery style. Very little digging required. Due to the layout of my house/driveway, we go in and out through the basement 100% of the time, (we only bring company through the front door). So, I walk past 75% of my collect so often, just trying to do me getting from A to B, that even I need to stop and smell the roses every now and then, and appreciate the collect. Just a few joints;

I've got some several items that there may be like only three of them verified in the known world. Or ONE. If others are out there, either no one knows it, or I the ONE guy with it. The hunt for the possibility of next one out in Aunt Gertrude's garage in Croatia or Italy keeps me going.

*(Btw - NO, hangers don't permanently hurt your clothes. I've got stuff been hanging around for literal decades, at this point. IF, [big "IF], it is even deformed by the hanger; 1) take it off the hanger, 2) lightly dab the shoulders with a slightly damp cloth while it's on your shoulder, 3) go on about your business. You'll forget all about it and it will dry back in shape while on your shoulder before you even leave the house).
T-shirts and knitted sweaters never go on hangers you stretch out the necks on them.

I got the green one 2 to 3 months ago… and the khaki one last week or two weeks before… I’ll say this much… the pictures don’t do the khaki any justice… looks so much better in person … the green one nice as hell too though
How’s the sizing compared to the classic fit rugby? Thanks

Knitted sweaters universally agreed. Folded, always. In fact, it's never occurred to me to ever hang a sweater up. Too much weight and don't hang right, anyway.

T-shirts? Go with what you want. I'll go with "all-my-t-shirts-on-a-hanger-since-Zhigge-first-tossed-it-up-and-the-necks-never-stretch-ONCE", nor can I figure why it would.(?)
[Checks mirror]. Yep, fine.
