Is there any release info on those Soldiers? I'm a SUCKER for Christmas themed shoes and aside from the yellow, which doesn't really fit, but I DO like...I would cop.

Still too early.

While it may be a little too early for ASG XII pics, the jersey's have been announced via NBA. Maybe it'll give us an idea about what we can maybe expect design wise this year.

That said, nike seems like it doesn't really match the jerseys these days as much as they try and match the theme.

dangit what are the keyboard keys that you use to make the laughing face that rolls in place? My computer here at work doesn't have any of the software to display the rich text editor so I have to memorize the keys themselves. So far I only have and memorized

Definitely agree that the last few years the "theme" of the All Star weekend dictates the shoe designs, but this NYC seems to be more subdued than Mardi Gras or any of the Galaxy themes. My initial guess would be something a la the Vet Days with a printed posite. NYC skyline perhaps? Just a guess, but could also be a terrible guess

They have just been listed as "December 2014" right now...probably the 26th, but Soldiers have been known to just pop up randomly and quicker than his actual sig shoes.

I was thinking printed posite too.  I was thinking the subway map  print they were using on the initial All-Star promotion stuff, but those jerseys have me wondering now.

I'm definitely curious because it's the exact opposite of what we have been getting the last 3 or so years.

Nike has been WINNING with the loud, popping themes. Does Nike go with the flow and drop a classy, subtle shoe to continue the theme matching and risk losing money and hype or does nike still go hard and keep it loud since they nike loud sells?

I wonder if a NYC graffiti theme will return.

I knew they couldn't slap that many funky colorways together, give that sort of name and not make it a gimmick with an inflated price tag
