8.5 was available while the order was being placed but other orders were being taken the same time so they are not holding sizes. I had to settle for 9.5

I honestly think I'd rather deal with a bot-infested website than this wait on hold and get hung up on crap. At least with the bots you know it's over after 30 seconds.
