THE OFFICIAL NIKE KOBE FOOTWEAR THREAD: RIP LEGEND 1978-2020. MAMBA FOREVER | 8-24-24

That’s wild

Still an absolutely hideous shoe. Not sure why they can’t do some OG colorways and call it a day

Oh and mass produce them like the TB 8s

OG colors and Kobe PE's: the literal blueprint of what Kobe approved of

As a designer you start there and slightly modify if needed. A whole generic vector snake on the side of a shoe is crazy, that's was the snakeskin is for

Is that what’s coming out next

Making these into clown shoes now IMO

I seen Ace Bailey wearing Nikes for Rutgers, Adidas jerseys/school. So i thought players could wear their own brand shoes now and expected Flagg to wear NB. I just looked it up and it apparently Rutgers/adidas contract expires so they still wear their jerseys but the school is a free agent

but they do release OG colorways

They should continue to do original colorways and not just depend on old stuff, because that will burn out.

i have an extra pair of girl dads... i was gonna sit on em for a while. i recently been looking at the philly 4s, Gm 4s and xray 5s... would yal trade the GDs for any of those?

Wore gold medal 4s for my daughter's vball game and I have to say these are NOT forgiving for wide-footers. I sized up on my usual kobe size (8.5) and even tried a shoe stretcher and these still killed my pinky toes. Now I'm looking for another one but at two full sizes up at 9.5. I've never had any of the OG 4s. I started wearing kobes when the 5s came out.

Minus the Kobe 1 (MPLS) & the Orcas, I didn't start wearing Kobe's regularly until the 5 as well. After the poor sales the Kobe 1 had (in the Nashville area), they weren't ready available in that part of the country until right before the 5 came out when 4's started hitting the Nike outlet at Opry Mills mall.
I have a narrow foot so the 4's might've worked for me, but when I tried them on at the outlet they just didn't feel right to play in. The Kobe 5 however, I had close to 10 pair of those.
