Went today to look at the NXTs. Passed on them at $160, but think these will the one NXT I pick up later on down the line. There just isn't any reason to pay anything even remotely close to retail for any Kobe releases anymore. They're out there in such substantial numbers, and theres zero hype. Until a retro gets released, it's just 'wait till it's under $100' for any Kobe release. This is as quiet as the Kobe line has been since the move from Adi. Hype doesn't matter, the sneaker does, and my interest will always be there for the line the way it's been for 15 years, but it is a lot more fun when there is 'buzz' and hype around a line you're interested in. Kobes are flatline right now. This forum at 89 pages as others have mentioned kinda says it all. Really hope Nike gives this line a shot in the arm with retros soon.
