Same here (US12), can't believe after 9 days they start to "prepare" the delivery?

Just got the tracking email, their tracking is dung. On Sivas site it has updated all the way to "delivering". So at this point, I'm good, it's just on to waiting for when the heck I'll actually get them. With the way NDC is handling/delaying/not giving info if or when stuff will release anymore I'm glad to not have to worry about getting them there.
I will say I'm happy that Sivas came through, but I will go back to using the UK sites I've used before and only use them as a last resort like I had to on these. Just way too sporadic with information for my liking.

I got the delivering email from them too. I also got a 12, how many 12s do they really have? I'd think one of us should have gotten cancelled

The german stores only had one size run (means one US12) each, but sivas has two stores (Barcelona, Madrid) so maybe they've got two pairs in US12?
I guess we'll know in a couple of days

yea we'll find out soon. I doubt they put the entire stock up online, but ideally we both get pairs and no customs fees.Okaaaayyy.....

i didnt get charged customs when i got my asics x mita gl3's from sivas so hopefully you guys wont get charged either

My velvets shipped from End. Placed my order yesterday around 1pm. There official release was at 315am cst. They were up at a random time yesterday guess I just got lucky.

Long time lurker here, I just signed up because i see a lot of you guys struggling with orders coming from Sivas.
I'm a french Air Max sneaker fan living in Barcelona, home of one of the Sivas store.
What you guys experienced this last week is spanish bank holiday, and one of the most important for the still very christian Spain. Most of the country was "off", not only Sivas
So you guys mostly had bad luck with the time it took for Sivas to reply and ship your orders. The Sivas team must have been on holiday and i know for certain that the Spanish postal service and other company where in a downtime for quite a while (8 days since i put a package to France, and it still hasn't left Spain).
Regarding how many pairs they might have gotten, i have no insider information, but they are usually well stocked, even with limited releases.
But the point about size twelve might be easy to explain. People here aren't specially tall, big sizes aren't common, so with just a bit of luck, people that wear big sizes might be more lucky than people that wear a size 8.
And something to keep in mind for the future, Sivas usually does an instore first, then remaining pairs go to the website.
Also, since they changed their webpage design, it really sucks to find something !

my local sneaker villa instagrammed a picture of the infrareds. they said the full shipment isn't in when i called asking what they had left. so i'm expecting it this weekend or next
