Some kids commit as soon as you offer a scholly.
I have done this every year I've played the game. At least one.
Ususally one of the kids that has you as their top school when you initially do your recruiting. I make sure to offer all the kids on my list who have me at#1.

I didnt have any the first week but this week I got a 3 star 4.2 dude that you was recruiting Ill take it..
We recruit the big boys at OU 5 stars unless you running sub 4.3. We dont be nibbling on those 2 and 3 starts dudes from Hawaii or Alaska like OKStatedoes...Yall better get Boone Pickens to fund that recruiting budget or something
But yea the recruit has to have you first in order for them to commit on the spot but yall dudes be cblockin like crazying giving 50 kids schollys when youknow damn well you have 25 so its hard to get number 1 on a dude and then give him a scholarship. U can keep them 5 stars, the only time them 5stars really make a stand out difference from 4 stars is OL and QB.

You know I agree with you for the most part I recruit good lower level dudes to I dont buy into the 5 start hype but the difference between 4 stars and 5 starsmight not be in there overall but in the little things like spectacular catch, hands, break tackle, agility etc is where the 5 starts destroy the 4 stars.
I bet you got a running back thats as fast as and as agile as my 5 star but he dont have the break tackle my guy has. So I got a 94 speed dude who can burn youAND run over you.If I want a FS or a SS that has power over 60 I haveto go after a 5 star stuff like that...
trust I know good and well about ratings being misleading....my dude for Clemson is only a 74 but I would take him over any reciever I have on the roster heout played overhyped 5 star Meeks $+% up and down the fieldMeeks had almostas many drops and my dude had TD's. And sometimes dudes ratings be going up after they get on the depth chart I had a 4 star go from 78 to 85 I was like

I pressed alot because I was behind and I knew there was no way in hell I was going to stop UF but why Smelley got to miss when I have a guy wide open or neara TD why cant he throw 10 yards away from the WR when its a unimportant play

With no Crabby, we have more of a balanced attack....Which is good.
Run game is proper.
Defense is *** like always.

It was back n forth til I got a couple stops then EA took over.
I did everything right to win. It just didn't happen.
And mack wasn't 100%, dude was movin slow but he was effective with EB in there with him
