The Official NBA Season Thread: NBA Cup Night

Memphis got to really explore their depth this year. Traded and waived some of their squad: Kenny Lofton, Big body Roddy, Bismack etc., and signed a bunch of two-ways, 10 days, taking long looks at guys who could be rotational players: Vince Williams (just signed 4 year, 9 Mil contract, biggest for two-way guy), can be a starter or 6th man next year if/when team is healthy.

Bucks not working out is so crazy to me.
Their depth is really bad. Middleton out (again). Doc has went back to the Vets (Crowder, Connaughton), and Connaughton has been having a down year, Crowder looking washed. I thought some of the younger guys were playing well and giving them some defense/athleticism that those vets replaced: Beauchamp, Andre Jackson. They really need a 3/D wing, Gallinari ain't gonna save them.

Getting a lil worried for my Bucks

These god damn nerds really have to take over everything don’t they? Jesus

“Hey NBA-AI, I want to watch the game in Spider-Man cartoons format”

Can they use AI to improve the officiating?

Exactly.

Adam Silver is over here thinking we want to watch Spider-Man hoops and we just want the referees to do their job (consistently).

But noooooo….we get the Comic-Con Ball.

Brunson and Hart have a podcast?

Is it about video games or something?

Playbook underneath while working on the grocery list?

Gallo can stretch the floor but I gotta imagine he’s toast as a defender at this point.

Whatever they got going over there, keep it up for the sake of intrigue and good hearty laughter for league-wide morale.
