If Kobe picked it. 5th ring over Boston gotta be it

Vanessa didn't like it either. That's why she dropped the "tough **** because it was Kobe's choice" line.

Personally, I witnessed it (on TV)...don't give a **** about no statue.

Feel like there’s always mixed feelings about athlete/celebrity statues. Sometimes more than others, but they’re rarely universally liked.

at first I wasnt a fan of the pose of the statue but the 5 trophies on the bottom really make the statue pop,... I dig it though

Woulda went with the Frobe era for the #8 statue. The reverse dunk one or the one against the Nets.

Commemorates the 3 peat era which will probably never happen again and the rise of Kobe during his under 25 years.

It’s not the moment that makes the statue bad.

That’s just a badly constructed statue.

Lakers dropping a Trae, Donovan Mitchell, and Kyrie trifecta rumor a day after doing nothing at the deadline is absolutely hilarious.
They gotta keep their fans engaged since it’s nothing else going on for the rest of the season, the deadline was the last hope for some excitement :lol

If Kobe was alive he’d find the best sculptor on the planet and force the Lakers to pay for it.
