They should only penalize the 2nd apron teams and freeze picks if the 2nd apron team controls their pick.

If that 2nd apron team had already traded the pick, the team with the pick shouldn’t be punished.

Isn’t this exactly how it works? The frozen pick is the next pick that the team has control of.

That’s a big caveat.

For what it’s worth I think Fultz is a nice player. Probably not a starter on a winner but a very nice backup.

In todays league you gotta be able to at least shoot the 3 to justify this. Especially if you’re 6’3 185. Not at all what I want from a role player.

Career 34% from three isn't going to cut it, but 36% this past season is promising. He does fill the stat sheet for a 6'3 guard. Probably best as an instant offense off the bench guard as opposed to a starter for sure.
