Once they expand and add more teams they just do each teams plays each other twice, road and away.
They’ll never do it because they’ll lose out on gate / tv revenue and would kill records / basketball history but it needs to be done. There’s too many games and decreasing the amount of games would make the regular season infinitely more exciting.

Damn near all of them are competitive throughout and the crowd always seems into it. Legit feels very different to your typical early season game which is what Silver wanted.
