The Official NBA Season Thread: NBA Cup Begins | Embiid Debut | Klay Return

Pip had hatred for MJ... I don't see that at all with Klay and Steph...
Ya I agree I definitely don’t sense that level of hate at all between the two but I can see a world where Klay most definitely feels like he should be more valued in those championship runs and have a little bitterness towards Steph 🤷🏾‍♂️

Detroit being competitive this season is good to see

Season has been enjoyable so far. Good to see some young teams/guys taking the next step, the right way.

JB got them playing the right way, and building the right culture in Detroit. Getting

It’s seems like somewhere along the way in the late 10s, a few teams got a lot smarter about how they were building teams. A lot of blossoming talent all over the league in various places. It’s hard to pick a league pass game these days. As far as young teams with a talent nucleus and bright future (a young core) you got:

Detroit
Atlanta
Charlotte
Houston
Cavs
Magic
Spurs
Wizards

All those teams have solid building blocks in place for the future, and I like the changes and approaches they’ve made. Especially in coaching and front office.

Make it make sense

I think the spread of the Spurs/Rockets/Celtics/VC-PE personnel throughout the league in the mid-2010s got the league smarter overall.
