The Official NBA Season Thread: NBA BACK

The Warriors should absolutely be labeled as the favorites to trade for Butler…Adding a star-level talent next to Curry remains at the forefront of Mike Dunleavy Jr. & Joe Lacob's minds, league sources told ClutchPoints. As a result, Butler & the team share a mutual interest.

Doesn't help that the touted young players just ain't hittin like many expected them to like Zion.

This is probably a big part of it. Steph, Bron, KD and Harden are all older and in the back end of their careers. NBA depended on them to carry tv ratings during their generation because they were consistently making deep playoff runs. Zion was supposed to take that torch and be must-see TV

I’m pretty sure it’s been said a lot on NT, but once those dudes retire, there’s going to be a void in terms of players who can replicate that level of dominance. I’m not saying Luka, Giannis, Tatum, and Joker aren’t as good as them, but who’s going to repeat in the Finals?

Memphis looks really good. Please keep any and all firearms and social media apps away from Ja until July

I think that's partially why the league has tilted towards parity now. Don't think the league sees a super duper star like MJ or Bron coming, so minus whale push parity to the masses until one hopefully comes along.

Can add whatever other picks needed.

Grizz have the depth after losing Smart/Kennard where they honestly don’t even need him to play. But the upside would be incredible.

I wouldn't take Zion for Kennard straight up, let alone this deal. I say they keep thins as-is for now
