The Official NBA Season Thread: Kings Fire Mike Brown

Yeah go ahead and blow up the kings. It’s rough
Everything went right during the light the beam season. Fell back to the same ol Kings. I give them credit fort trying to build on it and grabbing DDR, but he has always been mid. Hopefully, Fox doesn't end up like those players that waste their whole prime in a losing environment

I thought the Kings had to make a move in the offseason on order to keep pace as a playoff team in the West, but was never a fan of the DDR acquiring because I didn’t think he complemented Fox or Sabonis well. Was going to be a case of him needing his turns rather than him making them better as a collective. That seems accurate so far.

Also Keegan Murray didn’t take the leap that was expected of him,his numbers have regressed across the board.

It’s a few west teams with bad vibes

Dog days of the season too. Although it's weird after the mini-break thanks to the Cup.

Lakers quit three games because they were on the road with dead legs, now they look good after the rest.

For sure, making be re-think my earlier assessment that not much is going to happen with trades.

Nuggets, Wolves, Warriors and Kings all look to need tweaking to have a chance to contend.

Pels are too far behind to worry about contending, but just need to shake things up to try and get out from the bad juju they’ve been under.
