The Official NBA Season Thread: I’m like Jayson Tatum in the Olympics I'm not playing

Nobody has played basketball this great for this long, and that’s just facts

That is True..... yet we are seeing other All time greats in this ERA (check that statistic with KD & Steph) maintaining the same level of dominance they did in their primes. KD is doing this after blowing an Achilles & several serious knee injuries....

A lot of this can be attributed to several decades advantage of medicine, training & recovery, and the league focusing more on players health. Not to mention this game being damn near a different sport from even two decades ago

closest way to define "goats" are by era & how they doinated in comparison to their peers.

^Dem boys in LA on the mic type corny

gr8 plays nonetheless.
Young Griff was sonning the whole league.
STAT was dominating the first half of that szn. The squad pre-Melo was fun too. Then, the inevitable injuries took their toll and the team gutted to get Melo when they coulda waited :smh:

Landry was always a smart player. Not exactly surprised he’s in a head office in the league. Too bad it’s w/ the lowly Hawks rite now.

Cade can't shoot so far, but need to give him time to improve. He's big and got vision. Doesn't help when you have 3.5 non-shooters surrounding you:
Killian, Ausar, Stewart (much better this year, but still), Duren. Can usually get away with 2 non-shooters at most in modern NBA lineup, more than that and your offense gonna be rough. Bojan will help a bit, but he needs to be better as well
