They do play A LOT faster and with more ball movement without him. With that said, we go as far as Embiid goes. This is an adjustment period. You can see them gelling better game by game.

I remember Ewing back in the day and would immediately notice his spider long arms. Ewing being a natural 7 footer looked odd with his arms for some reason.
