The Official NBA Season Thread: I’m like Jayson Tatum in the Olympics I'm not playing

NBA shouldn't count long buzzer beaters as shot attempts unless the player makes it. So many players avoid it to protect their percentage, and l get it. But it takes the excitement out of the game. Seeing a long shot drop every now and then is fun.

The last 4 championships, the winning team caught breaks.

GSW - healthy
Bucks - Giannis isn’t tested for Covid and his broken leg heals
Lakers- AD nowitzki
Raptors - KD and Klay get hurt

Purely regular season scheduling.

Divisional teams are supposed to be geographically close. So everybody in the same division plays each other 4 times a year, theoretically lessening the travel burden over an 82 game, 6+ month regular season. Same reason east & west teams only play twice a year.

Yeah, makes sense in theory, but you can still cater to locations with schedules if no divisions.

It's not a big deal, but I find it funny.

Not a fan that wants to die on the Gobert hill. He gets us home court, you just get older with the core.

Upset second round win and you’re in the Finals :lol
