I think the Suns should just blow it up

-Nurk is way worst than last year
-Book is having his worse season in a while. He was way better last few years (part of his struggles is he hasn't fixed the holes in his game)
-Grayson has been hurt a lot and isn't shooting the ball as well as he did last season
-KD panics and tries to play hero ball too much leading to tons of turnovers

But in the interim moving Beal to the bench is the right move. Probably should have been done earlier

If Book turns back into his usual self and the defense improves they can probably work themselves back into the playoffs.

But still, probably should just blow it up while KD and Book's trade values are still high
