L1/R1 on the face instead of on top make a big difference imo.

Same with me. Street fighter is king in my household but I've always played Mortal Kombat religiously as well. I just never dedicated enough time to enter tourneys because MK's mechanics at its core aren't that great. Though my tourney memories with Alpha 3, SF2 Anny and SF4 will always having me lead toward capcom, them along with acclaim and Nintendo literally defined my life in the early 90's. Being upset I got my *** whooped in Street Fighter 1 week and focusing solely on Mortal Kombat and then vice versa...

When I play Marvel or SF or even Guilty Gear I perform better on stick vs D-Pad.
Not so much that I put them on a pedestal but it's just what I'm comfortable with.
But MK2 I was a beast with a D-Pad[emoji]128516[/emoji]

Well sticks will always work much better with fighters that have rotation based commands. MK doesn't have that so we can get by without it. A lot of pros even use the regular control still for that reason.

I honestly use the stick on the controller. smaller so you hardly have to move it

I disagree. it's much better and complex than mk but I didn't mean to start up a whole sf vs mk argument again. That fanboy stuff is for the birds. I pledge no allegiance any game or system. I'm a buy both but I look foward to sf more is all I ment.
