Theres still a "Multi-Chlorine Blue" Kobe IX still to come....I hope still?...cant remember if it was a Low or High tho?..colorway sounds promising, still anxious to see a pic? who knows that "might" be the last Kobe IX I will purchase?..will see?
I still can't believe they shelved five or six Elite Lows...
Ugh. Right now for December I'm looking at like $600 on the 13th for Black EXT and those Pony Hair joints, then $225 on the 26th for the Candy Canes.
And maybe the Legend Blue 11's on the 20th.
All on the heels of the Copperheads, Sequoias and Pythons in the last 10 days. Wife gonna kill me.
Make that three.... hope she dont see the bank account lol
mine as well

Bout to take these on court
Flyknit is the most overrated Nike tech in history. The only plus about flyknit is that it has the best breathability. In my experience with flyknit, it's not very durable, not easy to clean, and it's not good in rainy weather.
on flyknit lunar runners they are awesome because there's no backing. on the kobe 9 there are fuse behind the knit, so it is basically pointless for using flyknit. i started playing in the EM low instead of my Perspectives. same performance and more breathable.Flyknit doesn't seem to do all that much for me, either. Cool idea though, and the visuals/colorways that can be created with a variety of different colors are pretty cool, too.
And that has what to do with the Kobe 9s...? They aren't using real flyknit on them.

You can wear them outside too you know, lolNo rain on a basketball court...
Lol at least you're somehow admitting that is immature.Lighten up, old man.

Fuse or glue - it really doesn't matter. The "flyknit" used on the 9s is purely for aesthetic purposes and has none of the positive qualities that a Flyknit Runner, Trainer, etc. has. To compare these Kobes to a true flyknit shoe is a joke.I believe pages back it was confirmed that there was not fuse but just extra glue in the flyknit to make it stiff for the Kobe 9 Elite.
lmao was about to say exact same thing.

And as far as the aesthetics of the FK Kobe 9s go, Nike brutally failed with that on the majority of the releases.
These shoes are overrated and overpriced - while the EMs don't have nearly as many attractive color ways as the Kobe 8s had, they're far and away a better shoe for on court use vs. the "flyknit" 9s.
