they used a countdown clock like eastbay which messed everyone up

They tweeted the link 10 minutes before with a countdown clock. When the clock expired, no option pick size on desktop & mobile sizes showed but it would not add to the cart. Eventually mobile users could add to cart about 5-10 minutes later.
