I would go with Rice & Forte. Oakland has stepped up their D the last couple of weeks. Im starting Forte & Jones only because my other bench RB is Jonathan Stewart. Since im not starting Stewart he will probably go for 115 & 2 TDs

For those of you in deeper leagues, you might want to give a start to Seyi Ajirotutu (SD WR) this week vs Houston. No Floyd, Nannee, Davis, and possibly Gates. 

This guy has 5 receptions for 74 yards on only 6 targets and this week he is going to get a full workload against a terrible pass defense. He has the deep threat ability over Crayton.
