The Official Anime & Manga Thread Vol: 三

Kishi's new manga is out. It's called Samurai 8: Hachimaruden
Oh I see only like 4 issues out which is why I havent started reading.
Kishimoto doesn't write boruto. Some under study does i thought.
Im halfway in season 2. There's no recreating that magic
Well damn, they aint crediting that bum properly.

All I ever see is Kishi's name on that. Granted I do not actively read it.

I'll give it a while before I dive in.

I miss the days coming across new manga and then having like 100 chapters or just a large chunk of story to read in one go. What I basically did for One Piece, Hunter×Hunter, Bleach, Naruto, Berserk, Gantz, and even lately with One-Punch Man.

Weekly is cool but not as fulfiling. I just recently caught back up on OP with a nice 40 chapter binge.

AOT is one of the best anime of all time. We really witnessing a classic and we don’t even know it.

side note: Mikasa is THAT *****...everyone needs a ride or die like that. NO HESI

I’ve been waiting for more episodes tho. Where I left off they were gonna go discover what was in erens basement and they had him
Fill up a hole in the wall. Has there been anything since then

I’m on the next part right now and the change in setting is even more shocking to me.

Finally had to switch to the anime from the manga because there’s no good subs for part 4

Have you tried Black Clover? I just started it. Pretty basic shounen tropes (to the point where it feels like a parody sometimes), but I like the characters and the plot runs along pretty nicely. **** starts escalating fast :lol

Heard of it. Know the anime is on Toonami. The newest manga I've started have been One-Punch Man and Mob Psycho 100.

Awhile back I shifted back to American comics to catch up on pretty much everything I was missing out on in the 2000s.

One thing among all comics I hate is lateness and straight up huge break periods. Togashi screwed me hard with Hunter×Hunter and then being sick. Same with Berserk. I don't even know the status of Breaker: New Waves, Shamu, Berserk, etc.

Probably posted it before in here. These have been all of the manga I've read up to a certain point in time:

From most you can tell my cut off for checking new manga is like 2015-2016 so I am behind a bit.

Kinda laid off watching anime in that I'm no longer watching subs as they release. Like right now I'm watching Dragonball Super as this power tournament unfolds. I no longer know the go to sites for subs and I've grown tired of searching.

Read My Hero Academia. One of the best out right now, easily.

So I saw on reddit they didn’t air OPM this week because of the french open (nishikori was playing nadal). WTH? What a weird reason to not air the episode. I wouldn’t know if the people who watched the match are the same audience watching OPM.

I think that it's more about supporting native players going for the top than having fans that cross between the two. It's different over there than it is here.

Asian pride is real man

Anybody see rumors about WIT studios saying this is their las season of Attack on Titan.

Honestly I’m kind of shocked because I have no idea who could step in and take the reigns of what WIT studio has done with the anime plus it may go on hiatus for awhile or more.

I wonder if “ufotable” or “bones” could do it?

OP
LUFFY SHOOK!!!!!!!!! :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
upload_2019-6-7_8-51-26.png
Everyone was Shook when O-Lin walked in there like she owned the place. :lol
Then she dropped the hammer on Queen like he was nothing. :lol :hat
My favorite part of the chapter was that brief interaction between Sanji x Hiyori x Zoro. Zoro beating Sanji in rescuing the damsel in distress, Sanji getting upset that they knew each other, and then shrugging it off by saying that at least his bounty was higher was great. :lol

Man the newest episode of Jojo gave me chills. Such a rapid build to the climax. I swear there is no better show this season than Jojo part 5. It's not even close. :hat
