Need to reglue a pair with sole separation. What glue are you using? Also, how do you hold the upper to the sole while the glue is drying?Separating some soles today and was playing around. Surprised that this works somehow

Glue is called Kövulfix. I'm not unhappy with it. After the doner sole and the upper is prepared just apply it on both parts and let it dry. Don't press together until then.
Ngl, that is good enough for my purposes. We're not talking about huge craftsmanship here.

no need imo! A heat gun is used for opposite purposes. It fluids (hips) old glue to make seperations easier...
