But they weren’t interested in the Parras at all? It’s such a beautiful and unique sneaker. I get comments from friends who aren’t into sneakers whenever I wear them.

Couldn’t agree more. Aesthetically one of the cleanest mixes of patterns, textures and colors seen on a shoe. A beautiful shoe.
But the youth had no interest or curiosity in them whatsoever. They’ll comment on dunks and jordans all the time, but the only am1s that students have ever noticed are the concpts pack and the animal safaris.

Don't sleep on insoles. Can make all the difference in comfort

I use those move all day insoles for almost every pair of AM1, AJ3, and AF1 I have and they for sure help. They’re not the cheapest ($50) but I figure for the comfort I’m getting I can’t complain. Just keep an eye out for usually holidays or a random deals though so you don’t have to pay the retail price.

I'm old but they could amputate my feet and I'd strap am1 to my prosthetics before I switch to dad shoes. Just can't do it. I'll wear some Pegasus Premium if I'm going to Disney or something like that but am1 will always be my daily. You're only as old as you feel and cool kicks make me feel young.

Yeah it’s bad! I have a pair of 9060 (I know I know non collab/non hype model) but are legitimately some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn in my life. I’m scared what will happen once I start buying collabs and other models
