Finally!!
Started the quest on my phone, then switched to the computer. Didn't click quest at first. Once I got through a message came up to scan and took me to SNKRS. Scratched the vines and was able to order.

Yeah. I did the quest on the phone but when it directed me to snkrs, it would just keep circling.
I signed in on the desktop and I was able to get the QR code to get to the scratch game. I didn't want these so I passed but there was a fsr except 11.5 when I checked 3 minutes ago
