So I reached out through chat first and they couldn't update my shipping info. So they recommended me to call the 800 number. Waited 25 minutes only to be told that they cannot update the shipping address and wait until I receive my tracking info to route and change the delivery. Weird.

I'm going to lose my pair, I feel it lol.

That can't be right. DM dotswoosh on ig. The sale went through them, doesn't show on my nike app order history.

Just followed the link and it takes you to regular Nike customer service.
