When I go to checkout, it does it to me. My sales tax rate is 10.6%, so this pair of Black Pattas for example.

Tax off of $353.00 should be $37.42, but they tax it off of Price + Processing Fee + shipping ($389.13). Essentially pocketing a couple bucks of each transaction, depending on tax rate.

I just hate paying resale, so it annoys me if I have to pay any more then I have to. It's the only website that I've noticed that does it.
 
Anyone else notice how Stockx taxes the processing fee and shipping, not just the purchase price.

This is exactly why when I order from stock x I have it shipped to my cuz in jersey, ny tax just to dam high is rather take the 30 min trip from Harlem lol.
 
Same here. I haven’t gotten an email since “we’ve started”. I did order a couple hours after the notification. Either way, they’ll get here when they do 🤷‍♂️.

Pretty sure that's not legal
 
Isn't that exactly how most restaurant does it but also with tip. When they show the % tip, its usually not the subtotal but including the subtotal and tax.
