Alright here's my opinion. I'm a tts 10.75. 10.5 in 50% of shoes and 11 in the other 50%. I'm a 10.5 in AM1 and an 11 in AM97. I tried the 10 and 10.5 and I went 10.5. If I were a tts 10.5, the 10 would work. If you're between sizes, go with the lower one. They aren't super huge though.

If you're always 1 size in every shoe, you can go down .5. If you're between sizes and are size X in some and size Y in the other, just go with the lower of the 2.

Me:

AM1/AM90 - 10.5
AM97/AM95 - 11

SW - 10.5

I could have made a 10 work but the 10.5 fit better.

No. If you're a 10 in every shoe, you can go down to 9.5. If you're a 10 in some and a 10.5 in some, go 10.
