Shots are taken on portrait mode on an iphone15. Edited for cropping and if brightness is needed. Aperture on iphone’s Portrait mode is insanely good and creates bokeh that’s just as good as some of the lenses on my DSLR
Thanks man. I used a Sony Xperia, will have to have a play with my cam, see if there's a portrait setting

I love da pre-order idea...just better implemented a la ALD or similar where you have at least a 24 hr windows to order...even it takes 3-6 months for a shoe I REALLY want...not a draw type where if you don't put your order in the next 10 min your out of luck....I mean Nike has to understand that alot of us buyers have jobs/business and families and that we can't be on SNKRS every other 10 min...even on a 15 min drive you can miss out on something cuz u dont wanna be on your phone while driving...

During the pandemic when it was really almost impossible for my friends and I to get anything via retail my boy would constantly go on about how Nike should implement a preorder process.
This seems almost like a trial run, I wonder if they will ever bring it to other product lines like Jordan Brand. It seems like a great way to have all your product sell out without having to worry about stuff rotting in shelves.
I agree the window should be wider than what they offered yesterday though.

I think it would work on some items, like the stuff they make 1 million pairs of like reto Jordans, but idk how it worl on the hyped collab stuff. We've all said it, many of the highly coveted pairs would sit if they made a million and they were easy to get. It's a tough spot bc they want to sell as many as they can to make as much as they can but they still have to have hype to keep their product cool. In general, people want what they can't have.

Presales may curb the resellers though.

It would be funny if they already have the pairs made and this was some form of experiment on how to counter scalpers/bots.
And I actually don't mind the wait time, because when my wife asks about them upon arrival, I can say I ordered them in October.

forgot all about the poly release yesterday until a SNKRS notification popped up at 2pm eastern. Thought for sure I missed the time window when I saw that preorders went live at 12 but ended up having now problem checking out. Anyone else wish the mini swoosh was farther up on the mudguard where it normally is?

Limited pre orders still kinda suck though, almost worse than a limited drop bc less retailers. I see this as a way for Nike to generate hype nothing to do with getting more people pairs that want em

I was thinking about the hype aspect of this pre-order and questioned why polys would take 120 days when we've seen some NBY orders fulfill in a much shorter amount of time. Maybe a completely different manufacturing process?

Tokyo?? Getting kinda too chilly to wear those kind of shorts the past few days, imo…. But since it’s basically the foreigners (I would say…, almost 9 out of 10 times) if & when I think like “Wow, still wearing shorts in this weather?” and look closer at him, it’s making me wonder whether it means the Japanese are basically weaker to the coldness as the race compared to the others tho….

Had to wash about x10-12 pair of my work units.
First wash for those.
Turned out great. Right now I have the ones with suede and leather in a load my themselves. Those are always hit and miss with the dye leaking into the white mesh. Nervous about those
