That’s gotta be Gyo-En (not “Go-En” although the 2 kanji characters used can technically be read as “Go-En”) which means the garden owned by the Emperor (while Ko-En means the park for public).

Broke these out today but not really a fan of the laces they came with. They feel waxed prob switch them out

Is this the case with women’s pairs of AM1 in general? I feel like the white safari’s feel roomier for me than the other last year of releases I have - (treelines, denims, madder roots).

I always thought that men’s v women’s was negligible and they they come from the same mold/last, but interesting that they feel wider. Kinda woulda thought if anything women’s pairs would be narrower.
