From what the girl told me, SMPD doesn't allow anyone to lineup until about 30 min. before they open and they open at 6am. But you're probably right. F you Raab. >:

I heard that the city of Santa Monica don't play that. Like its some kind of city ordinance that wont allow people to stand outside. That person also said that because of that, people camp out in their whips overnight in front of the stores.
