Show them to me“Until he learns to throw the ball downfield”
Many statistical measures fly directly in the face of how stupid this angle of the argument against Dak is.

He’s Top 5 in every statistical measure with regards to air yards, depth of targets, yards per completion, completion % on downfield throws even with all the drops.Show them to me
If we Franchise Tag him he doesn’t have a choicethe reality of the Dak situation is he turned down $30M a year cause his Agent has the ability to talk to other teams, guaranteed that he can get a hell of a lot more as a Free Agent.
Dak is going to get paid no matter who does it. What If Jerry don’t pay him and he walks? Next step is going to be to draft a QB or sign a budget back up
Y’all act like Dallas has the leverage when it comes to Dak. They had all the Leverage with Zeke’s contract and they caved in and let Zeke and his agent dictate all the terms.
We screwed whether they Pay Dak or not!
I thought getting rid of Dez was going to cure the dropped passes problem?Team is 2nd in the league in drops. Even having an admittedly MEH game from Dak. At the very least there’s a Cooper drop hit his hands and then his chest that ended a drive. Witten hit his hands wide open ended a drive. Gallup dropped a perfect deep pass.
Are people still on that?I thought getting rid of Dez was going to cure the dropped passes problem?
It's relevant today because the team that released him is second in dropped passes and on the verge of missing the playoffsAre people still on that?
He got released and was never heard from again other than popping off into the wind on Twitter.
Just noticed "listened to or took Dez seriously on the sidelines"About as many people back then listened to or took Dez seriously on the sidelines as there are guys that take Jason Garrett seriously today.
He was a net zero impact guy on the locker room. "Fight and fire" don't matter if everyone just thinks you're a loud mouth idiot.
Do we not remember how hard and how well this whole thing played last year?Dak played with way more fire and intensity when Dez was here
The defense definitely played with more fire and intensity
Cole Beasley LOVED Dez when they were teammates
That's the pointDo we not remember how hard and how well this whole thing played last year?
Dak's had his best two years passing/production wise since Dez left. The defense had their best season in probably two decades last year.
While Dez spent the entire season yapping from his couch?
Dez aint ****, dude. Only thing he's ever been right about is the coaching issues. But those are glaringly obvious to anyone apparently outside the owner box.
