I hope soRolando McClain can be our Derrick Brooks if he decides to keep playing.
Last week he said Garrett reminds him of Nick Saban because he cares about the man first and the football player second.

The question with Ware all-time is longevity. Is 7 dominant seasons enough in the court of public opinion?Seems that way probably still top 5 of his possition all time but had the neck never given him problems he's likely #1
Are you in the A's thread also?
chiacrack what do you see with z minter right now it seems mostly hype but when he was facing the 2's and 3's it was domination
Our last few years all summed up in that 1 gameI'm here watching the Broncos game from last year like
Yes we will and I can't wait.I see a lot of Cowboys fans sleeping on the 49ers. I still think they are a better football team, guess we'll find out in a few weeks.
at least you respect them and what they have, some of these fans act like we're playing the Jags or somethingThe 9ers have the pedigree as of late, so I'm not taking them lightly.
Even with their missing pieces(Aldon/bowman) I still think they're the better team, with the faaaaar better coach.
However, I do think we match up well with them. And I also think were gonna put up points, even with their vaunted defense.
Force Kap to beat us with his arm, and control the clock with the run. We have a GREAT chance to win.
Easier said than done, I know. Unlike the rest of the world, I won't be surprised if/when Dallas wins.
Dez knows daddy needs those fantasy points again this year, career year for Dez, he always shows up for daddy's team. Ruins the way I watch games though, I find myself yelling at Romo when he doesn't throw the ball to 88.
In the past, the 49ers do seem to always show up when it truly counts... but typically it was due to them always having that wild card of Kaep in addition to the ill defense and a killer run game. Their run game isn't what it once was, Kaep is no longer some new breed alien that nobody has enough time to create a solid game plan around, and at the end of the day they have nobody that can slow Dez.
Dez Gawd... 6 catches 112 yards 1 TD in a 20-17 win.

No weapons? Boldin, Crabtree, Vernon Davis, Stevie Johnson......those aren't weapons? Each one of them would easily be the #2 weapon on the Cowboys. Johnson is debatable, but not that far fetched.Didn't see any "weapons".
I see a bunch of prima donnas that think they are just going to roll up on Sunday and the other team is going to just lay down.
I dont really disagree with this apart from one thing I would like you to clarify. "Their run game isnt what it once was." Could you expand and elaborate on this? Gore had over 1100 rushing yards and 9 touchdowns last season. If he tails off a bit, which could happen, our #2 running back is someone who is widely considered the best rookie running back in the NFL. So to assume that our running game isnt what it once was is kind of silly IMO. To your point about Kap, yes he can be game planned for now. But does your team have the necessary talent on defense to carry out said game plan? Time will tell.

Did you get him again this year?
As a sports better, I watched a lot of 49ers games towards the end of the year as I had pretty good gauge on them as a whole, so I liked to bet their games. The last 5 games of the season their run-game was largely reliant on Kaep popping a gimmicky/broken play big run more than a consistent ground-n-pound game that you couldn't stop even with 8 men constantly in the box.... was this because teams were selling out on making CK7 beating them with his arm, injuries, etc.? I'm not a 100% sure but I felt like they definitely lost their edge in the run game that I used to think was virtually impossible to stop at certain points these last two years and to state it nicely, they didn't have a passing game to fall back on either.I dont really disagree with this apart from one thing I would like you to clarify.
