we need to draft a WR, we need another outside guy really bad right now
i'm just dreaming out loud anywayI rather take my chances drafting one or signing a veteran WR for cheap.

we need an outside guy, Williams is still unproven and young and if we lose Dez we lose basically our entire offensive attack, really think we need an outside guyI know lol .. but we do need another veteran WR, somebody who can still ball and be good mentor to Dez (helping him perfect his craft).

Djax is not the answer though if you want a mentor
Problem I have with bringing a veteran is it once again haults the development/takes snaps away from our younger guys (Harris, Beasley, Williams). I won't be mad if we roll with what we have.
Cowboys don't see Harris as an outside guyWe need another outside guy? What are Dez and Terrance and Harris?
Not sure if our staff believes in Harris as a WR. I'm not saying we need a veteran who's going to come in and be on the field every play, but we're very young at that position. If Dez gets hurt, you guys are ok starting Williams and Beasley?
this is exactly my point^That.
Dudes forget the MULTIPLE games where Romo had less than 180 yards because all teams had to do was double Dez because the other guys couldn't get open.
We also forgot that Dez missed 6 games his first 2 seasons, should've missed 4 his third year, and he literally went down for a couple of plays every single game last season.
I believe in Twill, like Beasley and Dez is obviously Dez. But if Dez ever goes down, and we have the same WR corps we have now, the season is over. I'd put Dline, DB and probably LB/OG over WR as a position of need. But let's not act like we couldn't use another receiver.
We could've used another one last year.
Don't get me wring I'm not against drafting a wr even in the first if the value is there but I'm not paying big money for any veteran to come in and be a starter
Would have loves to get nicks on the cheap but that ship has sailed
I am waiting till after the draft before I decided if the cowboys offseason moves are good. Last year I thought it was good then for the first round they traded down and drafted a injured OT first round
