If I am a special teams player that'll be in the league for maybe 2-3 years, why the hell would I care about the franchise tag?

I get why the Dolphins would want him. He’ll be used Chung-esq. But man that’s a bit wild, is he THAT good? Especially when you could potentially have Winfield Jr. and Ashtyne Davis through the draft.
