I'm curious how much Hendricks has next fight. He took an awful lot of punishment. That could be a fight that starts him o a downward spiral.

Judges might be giving more importance to action done during latter parts of a round. Remember round 4 of jones vs gus?
Btw I read something interesting on bleacher report about hendricks vs lawler. I recommend you also read it. Here is the link, http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1995484-lawler-vs-hendricks-the-strangest-great-fight-of-the-year
bruh that defense.Man this sequence...
Such a thing of beauty.
If Woodley, Lombard and Rory are all healthy, and the UFC goes with Diaz to get the next shot, my interest in the UFC will go to a level of such disgust I'm afraid to even think about it.
I'm praying that the reason they flew Nick out was to show him that they still want him around and are extending the olive branch. Maybe they're hoping that will get Nick to buy in to agreeing to have one fight before getting a title shot. Lawler, Rory, Lombard or Woodley would all be great matchups.
Robbie Lawler's defensive boxing was extremely impressive especially by MMA standards. When was the last time we saw someone effectively parry and roll with punches like that? Andy? BJ? Rampage has some pretty good boxing defense as well. I can't remember anyone else. As I mentioned in my other post he boxed him up in a phone booth. Don't see that very often in MMA due to leg kicks and take downs. Good looking on the article.
bruh that defense. :x
Canelo-Angulo was in Vegas. UFC 171 was in Dallas.Idk if they actually flew him out... He was out there for Canelo the previous week, and seems to always be out there lol. He might just just shown up knowing him

I think they should have Rory v Woodley at 174 in June. Make it a title eliminator fight. Hendricks said that he wants to have his first title defense in Sept/Oct but it depends on his elbow so it could be later.
The circumstances make it disgusting. Obviously it would be an intriguing fight. Diaz doesn't deserve a damb thing. Plus Diaz can't deal with wrestlers so most likely Hendricks would just control him"Disgusted" is a strong word for a reaction to a potential Diaz/Hendricks fight
I'm surprised a Lawler rematch isn't being discussed more.
