The MMA Thread: DON'T ASK 4 STREAMS & NO GIFS- Cannonier, Imavov, Reyes, Rosas on NOW

He's always seemed like a psycho to me. Wouldn't doubt if some people in Brasil have gone missing because of him.

Conversely......

Hoping there are many better days ahead for Thiago Silva. Have always found him to be likable, genuine.

Thinking about the fight, Khabib is going to take RDA's soul.

Champ, your right, Davis' striking has improved, but they aren't training together full-time anymore.

Davis knows the only way Rumble can beat him is if he lands a big shot. Phil will grind out a decision.
Davis and Gus know a fight between each other is imminent. Helped each other with their striking and BJJ respectively.

I've got Mr. Wonderful over Rumble by boring decision. Utilize wrestling, avoid power shots. Conservative approach to secure a victory and march to a title shot.

Agreed. Have never been excited for a Phil Davis fight. Dude's wrestling is dominant, though.

Cowboy says he was 7 beers deep at that last press conference... :lol :rollin :smokin
That's Cowboy, man. Drinking beer, riding bulls, wake boarding. He's an adrenaline junkie. Keeps him feeling alive.

Just read the complete Thiago Silva story. That dude has a lot of mental issues, Dana said Silva would never fight in the UFC again. I was looking forward to his fight with OSP too.

was looking forward to a possible match against shogun. too bad he's crazy, he was actually fun to watch.

They have that dude that wears a Capone hat dropping to 205 to fight OSP now... Cool, I guess.

Was never a Thiago Silva fan. There is a point where the drug suspensions and losses made him dispensable. Wasn't great for the sport to have a dude with neck tats throwing out the throat slash after a win either...

Ouch, I hope you can DVR it and avoid spoilers man

I can't wait to see how Silva recovers from getting brutally KO'd

So Bobby Green is scheduled to face Jim Miller on UFC 172. That card has 6 main card worthy fights. Not bad

Jones v Glover

Davis v Rumble

Rockhold v Boestch

Ellenberger v Saffedine

Benavidez v Elliot

Bones by 49-46 decision
Mr. Wonderful by wrestling and boring decision
Tarec by decision (Rory laid the foundation to neutralize Ellenberger's power)
Joe B-Wan Kenobi by decision (Dodson couldn't finish Elliott)
Miller by sub

Anybody knows where is jacare souza? I haven't heard anything about him since his last ufc win in september.

He's fighting Carmont on the Machida/Mousasi undercard next Saturday.

Ok thanks. I was too excited for the main event I haven't even bothered to look at the undercard hahaha. Plus, the number 3 ranked middleweight doesn't get much attention from what I see.

I want a rematch with Rockhold or Mousasi after Jacare taps Carmont with an armbar.

I look up the Diaz Lawler fight, just to see Nate's haircut.

Worst fade in the history of mankind :x :{ :lol
Mine is Aldo/Pettis.

Also want Mendes/Barao at 145. Condit/Brown or Lawler. Condit/Rory Mac 2. Davis/Gus 2. Gus/Glover. Bendo/Gil 2.

Yeah mine is Aldo Pettis, then Barao v. Cruz.

205 is gonna be crazy next year :x Imma just sit back and enjoy the craziness

Aldo and Swanson please. First fight lasted for a few seconds, was awesome yet shortlived. A second fight would be a standup war.

I would also die to see an Aldo/Diamond match. My goodness.

I feel like Swanson and Diamond would bring out the WEC Aldo.

I would love to see the winner of Cerrone/Barboza face Nate Diaz. I definitely want to see Cerrone try to get revenge, otherwise a Barboza/Diaz match would be as equally satisfying.

Travis Browne v JDS. Sign me up.

I'd still pay to see Cain v JDS

McGregor eventually needs to fight Cub, match wits with the boxing. Or talent vs. experience against Edgar.
