They basically want him to come back after his suspension with Usada. This was good for him because most states would have followed if they gave him 4 years. All comes down to Usada.

CSAC fined him 204k. Also said they are taking away his license and will defer to USADA to deal him his punishment. USADA will be the deciding factor. They can grant him anywhere from a 1 year ban to I believe a 5 year ban. Best case Senario, he gets 1 year ban retro active to his last fight and we can see him back by the fall.

Other than Nate with his call out of Conor after the MJ fight and beating Conor has anyone really benefited from all the trash talk? I doubt all this talking Gus is doing will really do him any good, he's in a shallow division and with DC fighting for the HW belt this summer he likely won't have the chance to fight for a title until late fall/early winter 19' at the earliest.
