I'm sure Dana White is pissed. He'd hope Mark Hunt would get KTFO so he'd announce his retirement.

Damn that's crazy, Black Beast retiring, didn't expect this, despite his age and his experience I'd thought he'd be up and coming.

With his kids in the cage with him, I thought Hunt was going to retire. But since he won, he's probably going to keep going until his next L and then retire.
 
peds and juicing is different in mma then in baseball or track & field though. These guys have to fight the dirty guys and get punched or their limbs snapped.
 
Any news on Nick Diaz fighting any time soon?  I realize he's holding off for a worthwhile bout, but it's taking forever.

He's probably not coming back unless its against GSP, or Conor. At this point, he probably won't even return for the Silva re-match. Diaz bros are only looking for money fights nowadays.

About what percentage/amount of those payouts is allocated to Coaches/Camp/Extra Expenses costs? Curious what they are actually taking home.
 
I think it's based on the number of fights with the org but I can't remember for sure. Ross may just have more total fights in the UFC than all the others.

I'm pretty sure that's the case. I think the Reebok tier system was based on # of UFC fights

EX:
BEN10 (5 UFC fights): 2.5k
Dan KELLY (8 UFC fights): 5k
HUNT (15 UFC fights): 10k
PEARSON (23 UFC fights): 20k

Though they have been throwing him in there with juice heads. He's got like a .500 record and making almost a million a fight.

If JBJ isn't making a million a fight, I'd be pissed.
